The Premium Services Attendant serves as the primary point of contact for All Who Served Club members and suite-level guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience. The Premium Services Attendant is expected to welcome all guests and provide excellent customer service, answering general questions and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The Attendant works closely with the Premium Sales Manager and venue staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere in all premium areas.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare suites and premium areas for guest arrival, including setup of giveaways, roster sheets, and other materials.
- Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth entry process to suites and premium spaces.
- Apply and monitor wristbands for access control to premium areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting guests as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with building and game-day staff to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Enforce suite-level and building policies while maintaining a guest-friendly approach.
- Respond to guest needs, including assisting with emergencies and escalating issues when necessary.
- Support game-day operations and assist the Premium Sales Manager with additional tasks as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
- Friendly, professional, and adaptable personality with a strong guest-service focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation required.
Time Commitment:
- Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available for up to 36 home games beginning at 5:00 p.m., as well as postseason contests
