The Springfield Thunderbirds are currently seeking a Retail Coordinator for the 2025-26 American Hockey League season. This will be a hands-on experience, Part-Time position providing the chance to gain relevant expertise in the field of Merchandising. This position will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Manager of Merchandising and the Sr. Director of Finance & Human Resources in tasks that may include but not limited to:

·         Game Day/ Big E Retail Associate and Re-Stocker

·         Work with Media Department to manage and fulfill online store orders and set up new items.

·         Monthly Merchandise Inventory

·         Receiving and Intake of Inventory

·         Assist with Front Desk Operation at times including greeting and answering phones.

·         Monitor and Order Office Supplies

·         Set up and Counting of all Game Day cash drawers.

·         Set up and execution of Table Games and 50/50 with help of Game Day Assistant.

·         Other duties as assigned, including lifting objects of up to 50 lbs.
