Position Overview
The Lehigh Valley Phantoms are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse
Associate to support the operations of our merchandise warehouse. This role is responsible for
the accurate handling, organization, fulfillment, and distribution of team merchandise for both ecommerce and in-venue retail operations.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment tied to gameday and promotional schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise shipments
• Pick, pack, and fulfill e-commerce and retail orders accurately and efficiently
• Support game-day and event merchandise setup, restocking, and breakdown
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist in transferring inventory between warehouse, retail store, and arena locations
• Label, tag, and prepare products for sale across multiple channels
• Support returns processing and damaged goods tracking
• Work closely with e-commerce, retail, and operations teams to ensure smooth product
flow
• Assist in seasonal inventory resets and large merchandise launches
Required Skills & Experience
• Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stockroom preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and merchandise (up to 40 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Basic organizational and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management software
• Familiarity with sports retail, apparel, or licensed merchandise environments
• Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes
• Forklift certification (a plus, not required)
• Working knowledge of Retail Cloud and Shopify
Schedule & Compensation
• Part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week)
• Hours may vary based on game days, merchandise drops, and seasonal demand
• Evening and weekend availability may be required during peak periods
• Compensation based on experience
