PhantomsU Student Ambassador Program 2025-26

PHANTOMSU SUMMARY:
The Lehigh Valley Phantoms, American Hockey League affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, are seeking multiple local college students to join our PhantomsU Student Ambassador Program for the upcoming 2025-26 hockey season.
The PhantomsU Student Ambassador Program aims to spread awareness and share the Lehigh Valley Phantoms brand with local colleges and universities while giving students the opportunity to gain introductory experience in the sports industry. As a student ambassador, you will have the opportunity to represent the Phantoms at on-campus events and work closely with the Marketing Department to assist in developing new strategies to reach your campus community.
Additionally, all ambassadors will be required to attend a one-day virtual training session upon completion of the interview process, where they will learn about brand awareness and the best ways to communicate the Phantoms’ brand to members of their campus communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Distributing flyers across campus (once per month)
- Seek out and secure potential tabling opportunities at on-campus events (once per month)
- Publish content on personal social media accounts (as well as being featured on Phantoms social platforms) in promotion of Phantoms games, offers, and events
- Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree at a local college or university
- Reliable transportation to and from PPL Center
- Familiarity with Google Drive
- Basic understanding of sports and hockey is preferred but not required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge and willingness to engage with others at on-campus events
- Some familiarity with social media content creation and marketing
- Enthusiasm for Lehigh Valley Phantoms hockey encouraged
