Part-Time Retail Associate - Day Shift
Position Summary The Lehigh Valley Phantoms are looking for an enthusiastic, fan-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing sales, and creating memorable shopping experiences for fans in the team store.
Schedule: This role requires availability during day shift hours (10 AM to 4 PM), including some Saturdays.
Guest Experience & Sales
- Greet every fan and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist guests with sizing, product questions, and customization requests.
- Promote special offers, upsell products, and help drive sales goals.
- Provide a fun, welcoming environment that reflects the energy of Phantoms hockey.
Store Operations
- Operate POS system accurately, handle cash/credit transactions, and follow all cash-handling policies.
- Assist with jersey customization orders (heat press/patches)
- Support store opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
Merchandising & Inventory
- Ensure sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Restock shelves, fold apparel, and maintain product displays.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and preparing merchandise for sale.
- Support inventory counts and stockroom organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior retail, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred (not required).
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mentality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Available to work during from 10AM to 4PM, including some Saturdays
