MASL- Lehigh Valley Overview:
MASL – Lehigh Valley will join the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) as the league’s 9th top-division franchise beginning in Fall 2026, competing at the 8,500-seat PPL Center in Allentown, PA.

As an expansion organization, we are building something special from the ground up. Our mission is to set the new standard in the MASL—on the field, in the community, and in the fan experience. We are committed to delivering elite-level entertainment while becoming deeply embedded in the fabric of youth soccer throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

This is a rare opportunity to help launch a professional franchise and build out youth soccer programing for future years of stability and growth. 

Position Overview:
MASL – Lehigh Valley is seeking a driven, Soccer Manager to lead and grow all youth soccer partnerships and revenue initiatives ahead of our Inaugural Season.

This role will serve as the primary architect of our Youth Soccer platform within the ticketing department —building relationships, creating programs, generating ticket revenue, and establishing MASL – Lehigh Valley as the premier professional partner for youth clubs across Eastern Pennsylvania.

Primary Duties: 
Youth Soccer Revenue Strategy
  • Drive new business revenue through full season, partial season, group, and hospitality ticket packages.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Youth Soccer Partner Program. 
  • Generate revenue through camps, tournaments, clinics, and custom club experiences. 
  • Design innovative packages tailored specifically to youth clubs and organizations. 
 
Community & Club Development
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with youth soccer coaches, club directors, presidents, and board members. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between MASL – Lehigh Valley and the youth soccer community. 
  • Attend board meetings, tournaments, camps, clinics, and local events to build brand presence and generate opportunities. 
  • Create grassroots engagement strategies that connect youth athletes to professional arena soccer. 

Sales Leadership & Execution
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business through outbound calls, networking, in-person presentations, and relationship selling. 
  • Maintain a minimum of 50 outbound touchpoints per day with a focus on strategic revenue growth. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and departmental revenue goals. 
  • Support renewal campaigns to retain and grow existing accounts. 
  • Maintain detailed and organized CRM records to track performance and pipeline development. 
  • Lead by example within the Ticket Sales department, helping motivate and elevate team performance. 

Game Day & Event Presence
  • Maintain a visible and professional presence at all home games. 
  • Develop new prospects, service current clients, and generate referrals during events. 
  • Utilize game nights as an opportunity to showcase products with the intention of closing new business for yourself and the organization. 
  • Represent the organization at community functions and networking opportunities.

  • Comfortable with outbound sales activity and performance metrics.
