The Lehigh Valley Phantoms are seeking a driven, strategic, and revenue-focused Manager, Business Development to lead our new business sales efforts with a strong emphasis on B2B growth and Full Season Equivalent (FSE) production.
This role will oversee a team of fivebusiness development representatives while serving as the organization’s primary driver of new corporate ticket revenue, premium seating, and membership growth. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who understands how to connect with the local business community, build long-term relationships, and create scalable outbound sales strategies that consistently generate FSEs.
In addition, this leader will play a critical role in launching new ticket sales initiatives for MASL-Lehigh Valley (Major Arena Soccer League), which will kick off in December 2026. This individual will help build the strategy, pipeline, and foundational sales structure to ensure a successful inaugural season.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you will coach, strategize, and actively sell.
Primary Duties:
B2B Revenue Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy targeting local and regional businesses.
- Drive season ticket memberships, premium seating memberships, group hospitality, and employee engagement packages.
- Identify key industries and decision-makers within the Lehigh Valley market.
- Lead high-level sales meetings and close major corporate accounts.
- Build long-term partnerships that generate recurring FSE revenue.
Sales Team Leadership & Development
- Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of five sales representatives.
- Implement structured daily B2B prospecting standards (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches, appointments).
- Conduct pipeline reviews with a strong focus on new opportunities.
- Provide call coaching and in-market ride-along with sales team members
- Create accountability systems centered around FSE production and revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales talent.
FSE Growth & Sales Execution
- Serve as the department’s primary driver of Full Season Equivalent (FSE) revenue.
- Design targeted campaigns to convert group and single game buyers into season members.
- Lead from the front by actively generating new business and setting the standard for outbound activity.
- Develop premium inventory sales strategies to maximize yield per account.
- Monitor inventory pacing and adjust sales focus accordingly.
MASL-Lehigh Valley Launch Leadership
- Lead the strategic rollout of ticket sales for MASL-Lehigh Valley’s inaugural season (December 2026).
- Build and manage a B2B pipeline specifically for arena soccer inventory.
- Train and prepare the sales team on new product offerings, pricing structures, and positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to create urgency and awareness leading into launch.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of professional sports ticket sales experience.
- Proven success in B2B sales and corporate account development.
- 1+ years of direct sales management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of driving FSE or season ticket growth.
- Experience launching or selling for a new product, property, or team strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and long-term account management.
