The Digital Design & Community Coordinator will support the execution of designing creative, digital, and community initiatives for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, the new MASL team, and PPL Center. This creative, detail-oriented individual will play a key role in developing visual content and supporting community programs, while assisting the Director, Integrated Marketing & Community in bringing marketing campaigns to life. This role will be the main designer for the new MASL team and will work closely with the lead Graphic Designer.
Responsibilities:
• Design and produce engaging graphics for social media, email, web, app, and in-game promotions, maintaining brand consistency across all properties.
• Assist in the execution of sponsored community relations programs and digital assets, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations in collaboration with the Corporate Partnerships team.
• Support the development and execution of digital and social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
• Create and edit visual content, including graphics, templates, and basic motion/video elements, to enhance fan engagement for the MASL team.
• Help manage and update the Phantoms, MASL team, and PPL Center app, including visual assets and content updates.
• Assist with content creation and updates across the Phantoms, MASL team, and PPL Center websites.
• Support community partnership efforts by attending events, coordinating appearances (including meLVin and MASL team talent), and assisting with event logistics.
• Assist in the planning and execution of game night activations, promotions, and theme nights across all properties.
• Provide support for educational and community programs, including outreach, coordination, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support marketing campaigns, fan engagement, and revenue initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or currently pursuing), preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media, or community relations (internship experience accepted).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar platforms.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, including static, video, and short-form content.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working events and engaging with fans, partners, and community groups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event and game schedules.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds and work outdoors as needed.
