Required Skills/Experience
·       Bachelor’s degree required
·       Minimum ten years of sports marketing/management experience
·       Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate staff
·       Display high degree of honesty, integrity, reliability and performance standards
·       Capable of managing multiple projects and/or responsibilities simultaneously while paying close attention to detail
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external purposes
·       Strategic, visionary thinking
·       Accountability and ability to hold others accountable
·       Able to define and facilitate career development and new skills for key staff
·       Strong organizational skills
·       Proficiency in Office software products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
·       Able to read and understand financial statements and key financial metrics driving organizational success
·       Ability to interact with and manage other departments
·       Approachable personality and willingness to actively engage with all stakeholders
·       Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary

Responsibilities
·       Oversee all non-soccer business activities
·       Establish and maintain the overall culture for the front office team; attract, retain and develop top talent for the organization
·       Key liaison between ownership and business operations
·       Represent the team at league presidents meetings
·       Primary liaison with stadium management and other key stakeholders
·       Facilitate communication, collaboration and creativity between departments
·       Lead annual planning/budgeting process
·       Assist in strategizing new business opportunities
·       Oversee the financial reporting and budgeting process; monitor adherence to stated budgets
·       Monitor compliance with stadium lease, league governing documents and other contracts
·       Provide direction and motivation to staff; lead by example
·       Represent the organization in our community; participate in media interviews
·       Assist in defining various strategic directions and initiatives of the organization
·       Other duties as assigned from time to time by board/ownership
