Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide remarkable customer service to enhance the fan experience
- Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
- Understand and enforce all Griffins, Rise, and Van Andel Arena policies and procedures
- Provide guests with accurate directions to and from arena locations, such as seating areas and restrooms
- Be attentive to guests' needs and have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations
- Report any incidents to the supervisor
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to project an approachable, professional attitude at all times is necessary
- The ability to walk up and down stairs and stand in one place for long periods is required
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled college-level student
- Some prior customer service experience and event planning experience preferred
- Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required
