Position Description: The Group Events Account Representative position provides an exciting opportunity to generate revenue through the sale of group outings, nightly suite and hospitality rentals, fundraising and game night experiences, Business Edge packages, and the creation of memorable group ticket theme nights. Position Description: The Group Events Account Representative position provides an exciting opportunity to generate revenue through the sale of group outings, nightly suite and hospitality rentals, fundraising and game night experiences, Business Edge packages, and the creation of memorable group ticket theme nights. This role combines the excitement of sales with the limitless creativity of event planning, empowering you to have a significant impact on the success of our sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate opportunities for group and suite rentals from existing leads and self-prospected leads.
- Service, renew, up-sell, and cross-sell current group accounts.
- Sell a variety of ticket products, including partial season ticket packages, group tickets, and hospitality packages.
- Collaborate effectively with third-party ticketing vendors (Fevo) to create group sales offers.
- Generate leads by prospecting, networking, and researching to sell group tickets and Business Edge packages.
- Create and develop new group theme nights and attract group business by regularly pitching new prospects through in-arena tours, external appointments, phone prospecting, social selling, and events.
- Attend external events to sell ticket packages, network, and gather leads and prospects.
- Follow up with customers and prospective customers to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales products.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for all ticket products.
- Work assigned events and games to support ticket sales efforts and promotional initiatives.
