Internship Time Frame: September 2026 – Mid-April 2027 (additional time may be required depending on playoff status)
Hours: Must be available to work 36 home games (not including playoff games). Occasional office hours for meetings and clerical as needed (worked around class schedule).
Compensation: Minimum Wage
Supervisors: Vice President of Corporate Sales & Corporate Partnerships Fulfillment Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Executives in contract fulfillment
- Coordinate Kids Club activities
- Data entry
- Inventory control on the promotional item
- Attending promotional events
Game Day Responsibilities
- Assist in set-up/preparation for game day
- Contestant selection and participant escorting
- Staffing Kids Club table
- Giveaway distribution
Qualifications
- 2.5 GPA or higher required
- Must be pursuing a degree in Marketing or a business-related field ( or a recent graduate)
- Quick learner and hard worker
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office
- Task-oriented and result-driven
- Some sales/marketing exposure is preferred
- Business-minded and detail-oriented
