Chicago Wolves Mission Statement:
The Chicago Wolves’ mission is to win the championship. Everything the front office does to support this mission focuses on generating media and revenue that enables the organization to maintain its positive impact on the community. Each team member has a direct effect on our mission. With that responsibility comes accountability, creativity, and attention to detail.

Position Overview
The Chicago Wolves are seeking a Youth Hockey & Group Sales Coordinator responsible for driving ticket revenue through group outings, theme nights, and season ticket sales—with a primary emphasis on selling and coordinating youth hockey experiences (e.g., pregame and intermission ice slots, benchwarmers, high-five tunnels, fan experiences etc.).

This role also requires coordinating and executing youth hockey pregame events on game days, and regularly attending local rinks to build strong relationships with coaches, parents, and families in the hockey community. While experience or familiarity with youth hockey is a plus, it is not required. We’re looking for a high-energy, goal-oriented sales professional who thrives in building relationships and creating memorable experiences for fans of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively sell group ticket packages to a wide variety of markets, including:
    • Youth sports teams (with a focus on hockey)
    • High Schools teams, clubs, and community organizations
    • Corporate and professional associations
    • Religious and nonprofit groups
  • Lead the sales and fulfillment of all youth hockey fan experiences (pregame ice time, intermission skates, team outings, etc.).
  • Develop and execute creative group themes and promotions to generate new business.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, game operations, ticket ops) to ensure successful event execution.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular phone calls, personalized outreach, and ingame hospitality.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes and pipeline updates in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly outreach goals and revenue targets.
  • Attend all home games and major team events, assisting with client servicing and gameday activation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in sports or entertainment.
  • Proven ability to sell both conceptual experiences and traditional ticket packages.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for customer service and relationship-driven sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with youth hockey or sports team operations is a plus but not required.

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
