The American Hockey League has an exciting position available for an internship during the 2024 fall semester. The ideal candidate is a college sophomore, junior or senior. Interns assist in the business operations of the American Hockey League corporate office in Springfield, MA. This is an unpaid position and the AHL will work with the hired candidate(s) for college credit if applicable.  This position could be part or full-time.  This position is based at the AHL office in Springfield, MA. Some remote work may be possible but candidates should be prepared to work in the office most days. 

   Specific duties include:

·        Assist with retail operations of AHLStore.com, including product development and customer service

·        Assist with retail operations of AHL Authentic, including customer service

·        Compile internal reports for AHLTV

·        Help build and research content for Social Media platforms for the 2024-25 season

·        Assisting the Marketing department with special projects and analysis

·        Assist in helping prepare mailings and collaterals in preparation for the launch of the 2024-25 season

·        Assist with the pre-planning of the AHL All-Star Classic

·        Providing general assistance in league business operations
