JOB SUMMARY

We are currently recruiting people who share a passion for hockey and will strive to provide world-class plus service to Tampa Bay Lightning and Concert/Event fans at Amalie Arena. Be a part of the Team behind the Teams and work in a fun, exciting game day environment with the Retail Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet fans and provide world-class plus service
  • Assist fans with retail purchases through Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Assist with stocking retail merchandise on sales floor
  • Assist with replenishing retail merchandise on displays/shelves during and after games
  • Assist with inventory of merchandise
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS           

  • Must be 18 years old with high school diploma or GED required
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment background check screening
  • Experience working in retail or sales preferred, cash handling skills preferred
  • Ability to learn and retain inventory knowledge so that you will be able to assist guests looking for certain products and utilize knowledge to up sell retail products
  • Ability to provide a fun and professional environment for fans
  • Outgoing personality and desire to provide world-class plus service to fans
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional accuracy when using Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, and grasping
