Job Summary  

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor assists the Retail team with day-to-day inventory and warehouse activities that include but are not limited to processing shipments, storing/organizing products, distributing/replenishing merchandise, and participation in special retail operational projects. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Warehouse Associates on each shift.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Conducts daily checks at the loading dock to verify that all incoming shipments are promptly and accurately delivered to the warehouse  

• Leads the check in and QA process of all delivered products and goods. 

• Responsible for the organization of product within the warehouse

• Responsible for picking and pulling of warehouse merchandise for distribution to retail selling location 

• Performs quality assurance and inventory counts as needed  

• Maintains detailed daily communication with Warehouse Manager to assist with the coordination and execution of warehouse projects and needs.  

• Maintains a clean and organized work area. 

• Assists with support and training of other team members when needed. 

• Participates in special event and concert retail set-ups and teardowns and inventory duties. 

• Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy with receiving and leading a small team of frontline associates through their daily tasks 

• Safeguards company assets by strictly adhering to corporate retail inventory policies and procedures 

• May be assigned to work in different function of retail or event types as needed, including concerts, hockey games, e-commerce, etc. 

Qualifications 

• 1–2 years of retail inventory or operations experience preferred. 

• Knowledge with Retail POS Systems, Retail Cloud is preferred  

• Ability to use basic mathematics to assess the number of items on arrival 

• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills  

• Ability to maintain positive attitude and consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic  

• Proven ability to lead and provide clear direction to Warehouse Associates, ensuring team alignment and efficient workflow execution  

• Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment

• Position requires daytime availability with flexibility to work extended hours based on workload and Fieldhouse concerts and events 

Working Conditions 

• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time, walk long distances and climb stairs. 

• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in the English language 

• Ability to work in areas that can become crowded with equipment and/or people 

• Ability to work comfortably around special effects including, but not limited to: haze, strobe lights, lasers, etc.   

• Ability to work in loud environments 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs 

• Must be able to walk up to 0.5 miles to and from designated employee parking areas, including in varying earther conditions and during high-traffic event times 

• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays 

• Must be able to work in cold/hot indoor and outdoor temperatures
