Plumber
Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program in the areas of pipework systems, backflow preventers, cartridge changes, grease traps, etc
Trouble shoot and repair a variety of plumbing issues, including toilets, urinals, flush controls
Some new install of pipe work and fixtures
Assist, as required, other skilled trades in a variety of maintenance repairs.
Represent Vinik Sports Group professionally at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Recommended Journeyman Plumbing license
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED required
Ability to work in large crowds for an extended period of time
Ability to lift 25 pounds without accommodation
Five (5) years trade experience
Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes
Strong understanding of equipment
Ability to read and decipher blueprints, schematics, and working equipment documents
Ability to decipher problems and remedy same
Team worker with emphasis on safety in the workplace
Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented environments
Detail-oriented w/ excellent organizational skills
Creative and proactive problem solver
Ability to generate trust and support
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic
Healthy and positive attitude
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and selected holidays
Must have the ability to work off ladders and use scissor lifts.

Working Conditions
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in office and arena environment that can be exciting, loud and distracting
Ability to work extended hours including late nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
Ability to lift/carry/move up to 50lbs
Ability to work in cold/hot indoor and outdoor temperatures
Ability to use hands and fingers on office and mobile technology
Ability to work in areas that can become crowded with equipment and/or people
Ability to move comfortable throughout the arena with minimal accommodations
Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time, walk long distances and climb stairs.
Ability to work comfortable around special effects including, but not limited to: haze, strobe lights, lasers, etc
Must be able to walk up to 0.5 miles to and from designated employee parking areas, including in varying earther conditions and during high-traffic event times
