We’re looking for individuals who will enhance our fan experience by providing friendly, helpful customer service. This role also requires someone who works well within a team and contributes positively to our front office culture.

This is a full-time, salaried position with an expected start date of late spring/early summer 2026. No prior hockey experience is required.

 Account Management, Revenue Generation & Servicing (Ticketing)
  •  Service ticket accounts and maintain accurate records within CRM system
  •  Provide customer support for ticket purchases, exchanges, and inquiries 
  •  Communicate with ticket leads by phone, email and in-person
  •  Fulfill tickets, including digital and physical orders

Inventory & Order Management (Merchandise)
  •  Track and maintain accurate inventory levels
  •  Receive, count, and organize merchandise
  •  Prepare and fulfill merchandise orders for in-person and online orders
  •  Organize storage areas to ensure efficient access and accurate counts

  •  Maintain the online store with current products, pricing, and inventory 
  •  Upload new products, including descriptions, images, and sizing details 
  •  Monitor online orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  •  Ensure product listings are accurate, organized, and visually appealing

Requirements:
  • Availability to work all home games and additional events as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain regular office hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with additional hours on game/event days
  • Be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and traverse stairs
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes of merchandise 
  • Efficiently operate a laptop computer and multiple programs for merchandise and ticketing
    • Including, but not limited to – Ticketmaster (Archtics), Square, Copper (CRM), Google Sheets
  • Must have access to a personal smartphone
  • Reliable transportation for pickup of merchandise from local suppliers
