We are searching for the newest member of our sales team to help us increase our ticket revenue for our 2022-2023 season. Candidates are not required to have previous sales experience, but must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, solve problems independently, and have strong interpersonal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Generate ticket revenue through new and existing leads to meet or exceed goals as defined by management
Meet a minimum number of outgoing contacts per week as defined by management
Service orders using eTix digital ticket software
Keep organized records of activities, sales, and orders using CRM
Independently manage and meet deadlines for projects throughout the season
Foster relationships with new and existing customers to secure repeat business
Provide excellent customer service in the office and during home games
Attend events to gain new leads and market the team in our community
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or other related field
Must be available to work all Rail Yard Dawgs home games and other events
Able to efficiently utilize computer programs (Email, documents, spreadsheets, CRM, point of sale system, ticketing system, etc.)
Must have reliable transportation to and from work (and other events)
