We're looking for a part-time office assistant who will assist with customer service, merchandise, ticketing, community appearances, and administrative tasks. The expected duration of this position is September TBD, 2026 to May TBD, 2027.  The schedule will consist of weekly office hours ranging from two to four full days a week from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. This position is paid hourly with the opportunity to earn commission on qualified business. 

Position Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support community appearances involving players and mascots
  • Assist with merchandise fulfillment, inventory tracking, and stock organization
  • Prepare materials and supplies for events, orientations, and promotional activities
  • Support the ticketing department with credit processing, ticket exchanges, order preparation and basic ticketing system operations
  • Provide administrative and operational support to full-time staff as needed

Position Requirements: 
  • Customer service experience
  • Friendly, helpful, organized and professional 
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Efficient with computers and quick to learn new computer software programs
  • Must maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing at least 25 lbs, stand on your feet for hours at a time, ascend/descend stairs while carrying boxes or other items
