SUMMARY:
We are searching for the newest member of our sales team to help us increase our ticket package and group ticket revenue for our 2022-2023 season. Candidates are not required to have previous sales experience, but must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, solve problems independently, and have strong interpersonal communication skills. We are searching for candidates that can start immediately.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Generate ticket revenue through new and existing leads to meet predetermined goals
Meet a minimum number of outgoing contacts per week as defined by management
Service orders accurately and efficiently using eTix digital ticket software
Keep organized records of activities, sales, and orders
Independently manage and meet deadlines for projects throughout the season
Foster relationships with new and existing customers to secure repeat business
Provide excellent customer service in the office, at home games, and at other events
Attend events to gain new leads and market the team in our community
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or other related field
Must be available to work all Rail Yard Dawgs home games and other events
