Overview: Join our team as a Merchandising associate and gain hands-on experience in managing a professional sports team store and pro shop. This position offers the opportunity to learn about inventory management, e-commerce operations, customer service, and product selection. Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Assist the Team Store/Pro Shop manager in tracking and maintaining inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked.
E-Commerce Management: Help manage the e-commerce platform, including updating product listings, processing online orders, and ensuring timely shipping.
Order Fulfillment: Assist in packaging and shipping customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting customers both in-store and online.
Product Design and Selection: Learn about the design process and assist in selecting new products for the team store and pro shop.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Store/Pro Shop manager to support store operations and enhance customer experience.
