Overview: Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for sports? Our team is seeking game night staff to assist with various operational responsibilities, including game day preparation, customer service, and a variety of other in-arena tasks. This role provides a comprehensive experience in sports operations and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Game Day Preparation: Assist in planning and preparing for game days, ensuring all aspects are organized and ready for the event. Participate in game day setup, which includes lifting and moving equipment (up to 30 lbs) and arranging venues as needed.
- Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure a successful game day operation.
- Concourse Entertainment: Manage fan activities and other interactive stations on the concourse during games. Offering a full experience for fans to engage in.
- Crowd Management: Support crowd management efforts, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to fans, addressing inquiries and enhancing their overall game day experience.
- Entertainment Production: Collaborate with the entertainment team to assist in the production of in-game entertainment, including music, announcements, and promotional activities.
