Position Summary:
The Pensacola Ice Flyers are looking for individuals to assist with events and game day operations for the 2023-24 Season. We are looking for individuals who are eager for hands-on experience in multiple areas of events and operations that can provide consistent help. Volunteers can earn up to 5 volunteers hours per home game worked.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Assist with fan experience initiatives;
Coordinate and conduct pregame/postgame set up & tear down;
Represent the Ice Flyers organization and provide customer service to fans;
Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Availability to work 75% of Ice Flyers home games;
Dependable;
Self-motivated;
Enthusiastic and energetic;
Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
Understanding of hockey and Ice Flyers team history is a plus.

Game Day Operations Volunteers will report to the Game Operations Lead and other full-time staff as assigned. This is an UNPAID volunteer position.
