Looking to break into the sports field? The Knoxville Ice Bears professional hockey team seeks individuals looking to build a sales career in the sports industry by gaining experience in the Ticket Sales and Service Department. The Account Executive position generates revenue through a full-service ticket menu consisting of full-season, partial-season, group outings, and flex ticket packages. Ticket sales are the lifeblood of any sports organization, and demonstrating a track record of success in this role will establish a solid sales foundation for this highly competitive industry.
You will be given the training for what it takes to make it in the sports industry. Each Sales Executive will be given goals they will be responsible for and the road map to reach their goals. If you're willing to work hard and have a passion for selling, you will be successful in this position.
We're looking for individuals who want to learn how to sell and do what it takes to continue to grow in this field. Hourly + commission.
Task and Responsibilities:
- Produce 40+ outbound contacts daily.
- Full-service ticket sales menu selling (Full & Partial season MemBEARships, flex ticket plans, group outings)
- Develop new leads through cold calling, networking events, community events, utilization of a CRM system, and referrals from current customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer inbound calls.
- Meet and exceed established weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
- Game Day duties as assigned (visit clients, work sales table, etc.)

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- CRM, Photoshop, InDesign, and The Ultimate Toolkit experience preferred but not required.
