Position Overview
The Huntsville Havoc are seeking a highly organized, driven Corporate Partnership Coordinator to join our front office team. This full-time, paid position is ideal for a recent graduate pursuing a career in sports sales, sponsorship, and business development.
This role plays a key part in generating revenue, executing sponsorship agreements, and ensuring our corporate partners receive measurable value and first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new corporate partners
- Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations
- Create customized sponsorship proposals
- Assist in negotiating and closing agreements
- Track and execute all sponsorship assets (signage, digital, social, promotions, hospitality)
- Maintain detailed CRM records, contracts, invoices, and payment schedules
- Manage sponsorship calendars and ensure all deliverables are fulfilled on time
- Prepare end-of-season recap reports demonstrating ROI
- Serve as a primary contact for assigned partners during home games
- Oversee in-game promotions and sponsor activations
- Ensure partner spaces and branding are executed properly
- Phone & In-Person Ticket Sales
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (recent graduates encouraged)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-driven and relationship-oriented
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and all home games
