Ticket Sales and Services: Ticket Sales Management
SUMMARY
The Ticket Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing new accounts, creating new ideas to increase ticket sales, and working all home games to support ticket sales initiatives and promotions. In addition, the Ticket Sales Manager will also oversee 3-4 ticket sales AE's.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sell SPHL hockey ticket products with primary focus on season ticket plans and secondary focus on group tickets and corporate outings while overseeing a staff of 3-4 ticket sales AE's
- Build relationships to provide repeat business
- Focus on customer-centered service
- Make a minimum of 50 cold calls per day to area companies and consumers to sell group tickets, season tickets, and partial plan packages
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Manage multiple relationships well
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Aggressive, competitive, and committed
- Highly motivated with effective time management skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the area of ticket sales with a proven track record success
