Position Overview
he Uniform Room Attendant, acting under the general direction of the Office Manager, Guest Experience, performs the essential functions of the People Management Plan's Grooming and Uniform plan (and event tasks) to ensure that team members are supported in meeting their grooming and uniform needs at SAP Center and Tech CU Arena. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Grooming and Uniform
  • Inventory and provide to the Office Manager, Guest Experience accurate information for ordering sufficient quantities of all uniform parts.
  • Notify Office Manager, Guest Experience when out of stock of any uniform parts or supplies. 
      • Process uniform part shipments: confirm quantity of the shipment and input count into ABI Inventory/Wardrobe Manager.
      • Order nametags as needed for new hires and replacement.
      • Ensure uniform parts are maintained, as required by each service group, in good repair, kept clean, replaced as they wear out and retired as needed.
      • Able to work one non-event day a week for uniform fittings, laundry, inventory count and to perform other Uniform Room tasks as requested with prior approval.
      • Coordinate the return of uniform parts with team members leaving the company.
      • Ensure the Uniform Room is maintained in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Orientation and Training 
      • Fit and issue to each new hire a complete SAP Center uniform for their service group that is clean, in good repair and fits properly, making any necessary alterations.
  • During Event 
      • Ensure that the Uniform Room has on hand all the Grooming and Uniform aides/supplies that are provided at no cost.
      • Maintain and issue all radios, radio accessories and earplugs to ushers for each event.
      • Assist all Frontline team members to meet Grooming and Uniform Standard compliance.
      • As needed, perform fittings and alterations during events.
      • Produce an End of Event report
  • Administrative Assistance 
      • Maintain the Uniform Database in ABI Inventory/Wardrobe Manager, ensuring all issued, exchanged and retired uniform parts are properly entered.
      • Conduct locker audits
      • Inventory in the spring for special order items for the up-coming season.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as requested with prior approval
Qualifications: 
  • Proficient seamstress, able to perform basic alterations quickly and efficiently.
  • Conduct all job activities with a positive attitude and be enthusiastic in all guest and employee contacts.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge in the following programs: Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays (all with advance notice
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and utilize a computer for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals, with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead, and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation.
  • Physically navigate stairs and ladders at SSE facilities during normal work hours and events, with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to use step stools or stairs/ladders to access high shelves or racks, with or without accommodation.
