Position Overview: 
 As part of the Business Analytics and Technology Team (BAT), the Business Intelligence (BI) team is responsible for devising, developing, implementing and guiding the overall business strategy initiatives for the organization through the use of data and analytics. You will work proactively with internal stakeholders, to drive insight and strategy from data. The BI Team is responsible for the CRM system, the organizational data infrastructure and systems, including data warehouse, CX platform, CDP, etc.  
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Drive data strategy and data culture across the organization. Elevate the understanding and utilization of data to make decision.
·         Develop direct report(s), share expertise with teammates and across the organization.
·         Partner with functional areas to identify ways to better leverage data & analytics from basic strategy to high-level deliverables.
·         Identify gaps and opportunities in data, integration, processes, access level, etc., provide solutions accordingly.
·         Democratize the access to data, ensuring team members can easily access the data they need, when they need it.
·         In close collaboration with the Legal team, implement and educate stakeholders on data governance policies and best practices. 
·         Collaborate effectively with functional areas on their analytics and reporting needs, including but not limited to, customer and market segmentation, retention scoring and tactics, ROI analysis, etc. 
·         Streamline and standardize analysis and reporting across departments and business lines, creating one source of the truth.
·         Create reports, dashboards and segmentations as needed, establish KPIs and continuous measurements. Iterate and optimize as needed. 
·         Identify opportunities based actionable insights to improve business KPIs and meet organizational objectives; provide strategical plan, tactical steps and associated KPIs as needed.
·         Manager SAP Data Warehouse Cloud and complete organizational transition to SAP Analytics Cloud.
·         Collaborate with the Ticketing department on pricing and forecasting as needed. 
·         Contribute to BI departments knowledge base by continuous documentation and process mapping, identifying areas of improvements.
·         Work with vendors and partners as needed and ensure that they are meeting project objectives and expectations.
·         Deliver ad-hoc projects, analysis, and other duties as assigned.
·         Participate in special projects or other related duties as requested.
 
Qualifications: 
·         5 years’ experience in solving business problems using data and analytics for Senior Manager Role; 8+ years of experience for Director role. University/College degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Science or other relevant fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·         Experience in people management. 
·         Experience with Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud or other data visualization tools.
·         Command of data-driven decision-making and use of analytics to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and drive business objectives. 
·         Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication, and presentation skills; confident in leading conversations.
·         Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
·         Exceptional analytical skills; detailed, results oriented, and proactive. 
·         Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel.
·         An analytical and big picture thinker; highly motivated and driven; committed to excellence.
·         Thrives in a fast-paced team environment with ability to productively lead multiple priorities.
·         Demonstrate the ability to successfully work in a team and with stakeholders across an organization.

·         Ability to broadly and deeply influence stakeholders (Club-based executives) and internal constituents (up, laterally, and down).
·         Ability to utilize a computer for extended periods of time, communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals, lift up to 15 lb., physically navigate to and through SSE facilities during events. 
·         At this time, all SSE employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to working onsite at any SSE facility, unless the individual is able to telework or is otherwise eligible for an exemption in accordance with applicable law. If on-site services are to be performed, SSE will require you to certify your vaccination status as part of the onboarding process.
