Pay Range: $32.69 - $33.65/hour
Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Position Overview
The Business Intelligence CRM Coordinator is a key contributor within the Business Analytics & Technology (BAT) team, supporting data-driven infrastructure and decision-making across ticketing operations and corporate partnerships.
This role sits within the Business Intelligence team, which owns the organization’s CRM ecosystem, customer data infrastructure, and reporting platforms. The CRM Coordinator works proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate CRM data, thoughtful CRM segmentation and analysis, and actionable insights, while continuing to build foundational analytics and partnership support capabilities.
This position offers hands-on exposure to data infrastructure, CRM execution, and ticketing and partnership operations, with expanding analytical responsibility supporting Sharks Sports Entertainment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of customer and transaction data in the CRM system through routine database maintenance and quality assurance checks.
- Execute CRM campaigns in partnership with Ticketing and Corporate Partnership teams, including campaign setup, deployment, and basic performance monitoring.
- Build targeted CRM lists and prospect pools to support ticket sales initiatives, membership retention, and partnerships.
- Maintain CRM data quality and accuracy by upholding rigorous data hygiene standards.
- Develop reports and dashboards to measure CRM campaign performance.
- Analyze post-campaign results, including rep engagement and conversion metrics.
- Provide day-to-day CRM user support by responding to data requests, assisting with basic reporting and list pulls, and helping troubleshoot CRM data or workflow issues.
- Partner with internal ticketing and partnership stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
- Act as a data advocate by promoting best practices and CRM data literacy across teams.
- Document CRM processes and contribute to the Business Intelligence team’s knowledge base.
- Assist with CRM process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
- Building or facilitating ingestion pipeline creation between CRM system and Data Warehouse
Minimum Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, CRM, database marketing, analytics, and dashboarding
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to translate into insights.
- Well organized self-starter with the ability to proactively anticipate team needs.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliverable timing in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborator with a willingness to learn new systems and apply them to drive team results.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Exposure to ticketing platforms, CRM or marketing automation tools, and basic reporting or data visualization concepts a plus.
- Data Warehousing & Data engineering background a massive plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time
- Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals
- Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 15 lbs with or without accommodation
- Physically navigate stairs and catwalks at SSE facilities during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation
- Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays (all with advance notice)
- May be required to travel to other company locations
- May be required to attend conference, events, and training sessions within Bay Area or in- or out-of-state locations.
