Position Overview:
The San Jose Barracuda are seeking a motivated and organized Group Sales Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, seasonal basis. This role will play a key part in planning, scheduling, and servicing group Fan Experiences at Barracuda home games, while acting as a vital link between our Ticket Sales and Game Presentation departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of group Fan Experiences at Barracuda home games
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Ticket Sales and Game Presentation departments to ensure clear, accurate communication
  • Act as the on-site point person for all Fan Experience activations on game nights, allowing sales staff to focus on closing new business
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment details for group experiences from confirmation through execution
  • Communicate proactively with group clients to confirm details and ensure a high-quality experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with group experiences in real time during games
  • Maintain organized records of group bookings, experience details, and client communications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, live event environment
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Availability to work Barracuda home games, including evenings and weekends
  • Prior experience in sports, events, or ticket sales is a plus

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to operate, transport, and manipulate certain equipment up to 15lbs with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 15lbs with or without accommodation.
  • Must be able to walk for long stretches of time throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time inside and outside.
