Team Overview: 
The Corporate Partnerships team focuses on the entire journey of developing a corporate partner through the sales funnel and culminating in a high level of service and activation. Our organization prides itself on partners with shared values and blue-chip brands and works hard to deliver a high return on their investment.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Support the execution of partnership activations and VIP hospitality experiences alongside the Partnership Marketing team.  
  • Assist with department-wide Partnership Marketing initiatives, including the creation of partnership recaps (mid-season, event-based, and postseason), proof-of-performance documentation, reporting, and other projects as assigned. 
  • Assist the Global Partnerships team with business development efforts through the creation of key materials, coordination of prospective partner meetings, and execution of arena tours and client engagement opportunities. 
  • Lead the development and distribution of weekly update communications, providing department leadership with key pipeline activity and key partnership developments. 
  • Support the Partnership Hospitality team in planning and executing annual partner and departmental events, as well as assisting in the development of partner gifting strategies. 
  • Manage Corporate Partnership gameday suites, including food and beverage ordering, budget tracking, ticket communication, day-of-event operations, and oversight of additional responsibilities as assigned, with support from the seasonal intern. 
  • Oversee the inventory management and fulfillment process for contractual autographed items and general departmental stock closet. 
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly Corporate Partnerships department meetings. 

Required Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to support high-level partners. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first  

Total Rewards Package:  

  • Compensation: 
    • In accordance with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the expected salary range for this position is $24/hr - $27/hr. Actual base pay will depend on employee’s experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. 
    • This role is classified as full-time, non-exempt.

Working Conditions: 

  • This role is based on-site in our Seattle office and requires work to be performed in person. However, we do value flexibility as the business will allow and offer occasional opportunities to work from home. 
  • Minimal Travel (<10% travel): May be required to travel. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights. 
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required 
  • Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs.
