DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze opponent footage to identify team systems, player tendencies, line matchups, and strengths for scouting and game preparation
- Develop comprehensive video pre-scout packages for coaching staff, including special teams, systems, player profiles, etc.
- Create video playbooks and curated playlists for coaching staff and players
- Coordinate and operate video systems for game analysis, including live replay, bench video support, and iPad integration during games
- Record and tag live game footage to support in-period coaching reviews and post-game analysis
- Collaborate with coaching staff to provide tailored post-game video footage for player meetings
- Manage the distribution of game footage to coaches, players, and relevant personnel in a timely manner
- Manage the logistics and technical setup of pre-game and post-game video review sessions
- Video and breakdown of practice film
- Provide on-ice support during practices, as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Coach and General Manager
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Video Coach in hockey
- Experience working in professional hockey is considered an asset
- Knowledge of Catapult is required; experience with Sport Logic is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative

- Must be able to attend all practices and games including training camp, regular season and playoffs
- Must be able to travel to all games throughout the season
Salary Range: $66,000 – $80,000 CAD
