The Professional Women’s Hockey League (“PWHL”) is seeking highly motivated, positive and resilient individuals for the role of Stage Manager for the PWHL Seattle team. This position reports to the Game Presentation & Fan Experience Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for game presentation and execution from the event floor
- Responsible for cueing the in-arena host(s) in and out of live hits on and off-ice
- Responsible for assisting with execution of activations, contests, and pre-game and post-game activities, such as the anthem,the starting lineup, and 3 stars
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in game presentation
SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
- Ability to work on-site at arena
