Position Summary 
The Manager, Partnership Services is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate partners for the PWHL and its teams at the highest level of professionalism, building impactful, objective-focused partnerships with a strong attention to detail. This role plays a key part in ensuring the League and its partners realize the full value of their relationship, from day-to-day servicing through renewal. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities
 
  • Manage and build relationships with assigned corporate partners, ensuring contractual requirements are delivered with an exceptional level of service. 
  • Lead the development, execution, and administration of partner programs across PWHL teams and the League, including in-game, digital, social, broadcast, event, and hospitality assets. 
  • Manage budgets and track expenses related to assigned partners. 
  • Work within a CRM system to track partner assets, and develop insights-led recaps that showcase activations and programs. 
  • Identify incremental opportunities and lead the renewal process for assigned accounts. 
  • Partner closely with internal departments, League, and team stakeholders to plan and execute deliverables. 

Required Qualifications 
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' account management experience in the sports and entertainment industry. 
  • College and/or Bachelor's Degree. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a highly organized and detail-oriented approach. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required. 
  • This position may be based in either the United States or Canada. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence on a full-time basis. 

Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Prior experience managing partnerships within a professional sports league or team environment. 
  • Experience presenting partner recaps or performance reporting to external stakeholders. 

Flexibility & Travel
 
  • Candidate must be able to work remotely, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
