Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to serve as the backbone of our merchandising supply chain operations across the United States and Canada. This critical role, reporting to the Vice President of Merchandising, owns the end-to-end flow of merchandise inventory from purchase order creation through vendor production, customs clearance, warehousing, and final delivery to our ecommerce fulfillment partners and venue locations. You will be the central coordinator between vendors, 3PL partners, venues, and internal teams, ensuring our fans receive the right products at the right time while optimizing costs and maintaining exceptional inventory accuracy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Create and manage purchase orders across merchandise vendors and coordinate production timelines
  • Oversee all inbound logistics from vendors to U.S. and Canadian 3PL facilities and venue locations
  • Manage cross-border logistics between the U.S. and Canada, including customs documentation and compliance
  • Optimize freight planning, carrier selection, and shipping consolidation to reduce costs
  • Coordinate inventory flow into ecommerce 3PL partners and ensure accurate receiving and reconciliation
  • Manage merchandise delivery to venue locations for games and events, including transfers and returns
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations and resolve discrepancies
  • Serve as primary logistics liaison across merchandising, ecommerce, finance, and operations teams
  • Develop and maintain logistics SOPs and drive continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory operations
  • Proven experience managing purchase orders, inbound shipments, and vendor coordination
  • Strong understanding of freight management, shipping optimization, and warehouse operations
  • Experience with ecommerce fulfillment operations and 3PL relationships
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing cross-border logistics between the United States and Canada
  • Background in apparel, consumer products, or sports merchandise
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and logistics software
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping compliance
  • Supply chain or logistics certification (CSCP, CPM, or similar)

Flexibility & Travel
  • This is a remote position. Occasional travel to vendor facilities, 3PL warehouses, and/or PWHL events may be required.

  7. How do you maintain inventory accuracy across multiple storage locations (warehouses, venues, etc.)? What processes or systems have you used to track inventory movements and reconcile discrepancies?

  8. This role serves as the central logistics point of contact across merchandising, ecommerce, finance, and operations teams. How do you approach cross-functional communication and stakeholder management?
