Position Summary 
The Professional Women's Hockey League is seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Products Specialist to support the league and its teams. This role will be responsible for updating web pages, modules and content across all PWHL sites, as well as supporting in-house Google Ad management. The successful candidate will proactively collaborate with team members across the organization to ensure websites reflect UX best practices and are a destination for engaging content and up-to-date news and information. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Update and manage web content across all PWHL sites at league and team levels 
  • Execute in-house Google Ads strategy across owned channels 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UX-friendly, engaging web experiences 
  • Provide reporting and performance metrics to Marketing team and other departments 
  • Partner with external development parties on website platform enhancements 

Required Qualifications
 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in website content management or development 
  • High proficiency in ContentStack or similar web content management systems 
  • Proficiency in Google Ad Manager and reporting 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize while meeting deadlines 
  • Ability to work effectively and impactfully in a fully remote capacity
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required 

Preferred Qualifications
 
  •  College degree or equivalent military experience
  • Experience in sports, media, or entertainment industries 
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
