Merchandise Operations Specialist
- 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, sports, or live event operations; strong understanding of inventory management principles, retail operations, and point-of-sale systems; excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; ability to regularly lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
- This position is based in Canada. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis. The PWHL does not provide work permit sponsorship for this role.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, venue operations, or high-volume retail environments; knowledge of visual merchandising and retail presentation standards; experience executing community events or brand activations; passion for women’s professional sports and growing the game through exceptional fan experiences and community engagement.
