The Professional Women’s Hockey League is seeking a highly motivated, positive and resilient individual for the role of Crew Captain for the Boston Fleet. This position reports to the Game Presentation Manager.
 
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Drive fan engagement with a fun, enthusiastic, and positive attitude for all home games, events and appearances
  • Assist in set-up, take-down and organization items for on and off-ice contests

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:       
  • High school degree 
  • Experience in game presentation, marketing, dancing, hype crew, theatre, etc.  
 
 
SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
  • Strong ability to receive direction in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
  • Candidate must be able to work on-site at arena
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate with fans, including children

  2. This role includes pre-game meetings, in-arena setup, rehearsals, live show activations, and teardown of set/staging. Are you comfortable with long hours and irregular schedules?
