The Professional Women’s Hockey League is seeking a highly motivated, positive and resilient individual for the role of Crew Captain for the Boston Fleet. This position reports to the Game Presentation Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive fan engagement with a fun, enthusiastic, and positive attitude for all home games, events and appearances
- Assist in set-up, take-down and organization items for on and off-ice contests
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school degree
- Experience in game presentation, marketing, dancing, hype crew, theatre, etc.
SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong ability to receive direction in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
- Candidate must be able to work on-site at arena
- Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate with fans, including children
