Reports To: Vice President, Ticket Operations
Status: Full-Time Exempt 
 

Overview

The Coordinator, Ticket Operations plays a key role in executing and optimizing ticketing initiatives that drive revenue, enhance the fan experience, and attract new audiences to the sport. This role blends technical ticketing expertise with creativity and marketing insight, leveraging platforms such as Ticketmaster, Fevo, Satisfi Labs, and WolfCycle to build compelling offers, streamline operations, and deepen fan engagement.
 

Key Responsibilities

Ticket Operations & System Management
  • Build, manage, and maintain ticketed events within Ticketmaster (Archtics), ensuring accuracy across pricing, inventory, holds, and reporting
  • Manage inventory, price codes, and ticket holds to optimize revenue while supporting internal needs
  • Ensure access control systems are properly configured to deliver a seamless ticket redemption experience
  • Troubleshoot ticketing issues and serve as a key internal resource for Ticketmaster platforms
 
Campaign Execution & Fan Engagement
  • Develop and execute creative ticket offers and campaigns using Fevo, with a focus on attracting new fans and increasing conversion
  • Support cross-promotion of ticket products and offers across platforms such as Satisfi Labs and WolfCycle to maximize visibility
  • Assist with special events, group sales initiatives, and targeted outreach efforts to grow new audiences
 
Collaboration & Go-to-Market Support
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Ticket Sales, and Business Intelligence teams to support go-to-market strategies, promotions, and themed initiatives
  • Ensure all backend builds and customer-facing touchpoints are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards
 
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor ticket performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales and engagement
 
Quality Control & Box Office Support
  • Proofread and approve ticketing-related sales and marketing materials
  • Support box office operations, including ticket resolution, for hockey games and non-hockey events at PPG Paints Arena
 

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in ticket operations, ticketing systems, or a related field within sports or live entertainment
  • Strong working knowledge of Ticketmaster and Archtics (required)
  • Experience building and managing offers in Fevo or similar platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with a passion for growing and engaging a fan base
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis
  • Understanding of fan development strategies and audience segmentation
