Job Title: Premium Ticket Operations Coordinator

Employer: Powers Management

Job Location: Bridgestone Arena (Nashville, TN)

Department: Box Office

Job Reports to: Manager, Premium Ticket Operations & Events

Status: Exempt

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process all Premium ticket orders for Bridgestone Arena events and Nashville Predators games. Including but not limited to Lexus Lounge orders, nightly suite and premium rentals, and suite lease processing.
  • Build all Premium Seating upsell events including parking, Bet MGM dinners, etc.
  • Process In-House orders, ticket comp requests, Lexus Lounge passes, and parking orders as needed.
  • Assist in processing Season Ticket, Group, Individual, and Exchange orders on a daily basis. All orders must be completed prior to game time
  • Process group sales orders for all Bridgestone Arena events.
  • Assist with creation of order forms, promo codes, links, etc. for group sales.
  • Ensure event day checklist is completed prior to doors, including but not limited to test scanning tickets, blocking unpaid accounts, running necessary reports, printing relocation tickets, and processing all orders for that night’s event.
  • Assist with Scheduling, placement of and recruiting part-time staff.
  • Build other events as needed to be sold on Account Manager for Ticket Sales, Ford Ice, Bridgestone Arena, Parking, and other special offers including but not limited to Kids Club Memberships, Public Skates, Holiday Packages, Golden U Memberships, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with building ticket discounts and promotions in Archtics and in EMT for single game promotions such as Military discounts, Golden U, and other discounts as needed.
  • Assist with various special project reporting and setup, ex. Smashville Sales.
  • Assist as needed with all reporting for SS&E events, including but not limited to Austin Peay, Jingle Beat, Steeplechase, Pilgrimage Music Festival, etc.
  • Building upsells and reporting to 3rd party Vendors such as Levy, DNC, etc.
  • Implement dynamic pricing by approving price recommendations from Business Strategy in TM1 to update host prices as well as update specific Archtics price codes in concurrence.
  • Contribute positively to the sales team atmosphere by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members.
  • Assumes supervisory role on event nights with part time ticket sellers and assists with solving event night ticketing issues.
  • Answer Box Office phones and email communications as needed
  • Provide quality customer service for all Bridgestone Arena patrons.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Four (4) year college degree required.
  • One to three (1-3) years of Box Office or Ticket Operations experience.
  • Cash Handling Experience
  • Accounting experience, accuracy with numbers strongly preferred.
  • Competent in Ticketmaster and Archtics software.
  • Possess strong problem-solving, interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate good judgement.
  • Ability to handle and keep information confidential.
  • Required to work long hours on event days.
  • The selected candidate must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, possess a suitable driving history and be insurable by the organization’s insurance carrier (without conditions).
  • As a condition of employment, qualified applicants will be subject to a background check, including a criminal history check, previous employment verification and character references.

 

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Physical activities include sitting, walking, and standing for prolonged periods of time, as well as bending, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, balancing and handling of materials.
  • Ability to speak and communicate clearly with others.
  • Ability to work in cold temperatures on occasion.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 20 lbs.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • High Finger Dexterity.
  • Excellent speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.

 

Equipment Used:

  • Ticketmaster ticketing system, TM Entry, Archtics, Ticketmaster One, Excel, Glitner, Eventbrite, Spinzo
  • Office Equipment (PC based desktop, Multi-line Phone System, etc.)
