Job Title: Ticket Operations Manager
Job Location: Bridgestone Arena (Nashville, TN)

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise box office on event nights and provide leadership for box office personnel.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Other relevant jobs assigned by supervisor.
- Contribute positively to the sales team atmosphere by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members.
- Manage all aspects of assigned events inclusive of ticketing for concerts and events including event set-up, maintenance and reconciliation.
- Manage group ticketing for assigned events, including but not limited to price code and ticket type creation, ticket processing, and ticket distribution.
- Primary contact for group sales for arena non-hockey events.
- Responsible for group sales settlements and reconciliation, commission assignments for non-hockey events.
- Create group promo codes and discounts for Account Manager for non-hockey events.
- Send communication and make Arena staff aware about upcoming events.
- Work with Premium Seating Department in creating event announcements including their pricing, fee structure, sightlines, etc.
- Distribute onsale and other memos to the arena staff, coordinate with marketing department on presale, event and other announcements.
- Create all discount and complimentary memos.
- Build suite, dinner, and parking events.
- Create scalings/projections for concerts, sporting events, family shows, etc.
- Place holds on Ticketmaster for the promoter and others involved with the event.
- Send audits, holds, pricing, ticket templates and other items for approval.
- Serve as supervisor and/or the direct ticketing contact for promoters and all departments on event days.
- Help the promoter and artist to release, open, and handle purchase of holds and releases.
- Confirm Ticketmaster Software and Hardware is in working order on event days.
- Work with Event Services and Operations departments on sightline issues and floor setups.
- Work with Accounting Department on event settlements and promoter cash requests.
- Process orders and requests including from Premium/Suite and other departments along with promoter and artist needs.
- Function as contact with Ticketmaster on all assigned events.
- Make sure that all online maps and customer information is correct.
- Create service charges to apply to the ticket prices and event setup memos for further information.
- Coordinate the generation of sales and custom reports for Finance Department and promoters.
- Responsible for balancing all daily transactions and completing a daily record sheet.
- Responsible for ensuring quality customer service for all Bridgestone Arena patrons.
- Coordinate all aspects of season, group, and individual ticketing, including account and manifest management, ticket invoicing, ticket printing and ticket distribution.
- Process Season Ticket, Group, Individual, and Exchange orders.
- Assist with processing Premium ticket orders as needed, including but not limited to Lexus Lounge orders for non-hockey events and premium seat sales for hockey.
- Assist in managing digital and mobile ticketing.
- Provide support in managing digital order form process for all ticket orders including scanning orders/contracts, saving them to the shared drive, and uploading them to the intranet in order to quickly access an order form when needed.
- Implement dynamic pricing through TM1 and Archtics.
- Process refund requests and any other cancellations.
- Work with ticketing all Bridgestone Arena events. Tasks include, but not limited to creating scalings, working with promoters, creating events, working events, settling events, processing orders, etc.
- Use Painter to set up invoices, create ticket templates, and design vouchers.
- Work with graphics on artwork for mobile ticketing and Account Manager as needed.
- Work closely with finance department on reports needed from Box Office.
- Investigate and resolve ticket-related issues.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.A. degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Ticket software experience (Ticketmaster and Archtics)
- 3-5 years’ experience within Ticket Operations or related field.
- Experience with box office finance responsibilities, supervision, ticket window sales, and ticket order processing.
- The selected candidate must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- As a condition of employment, qualified applicants will be subject to a background check, including a criminal history check, driving history and character references.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, possess a suitable driving history and be insurable by Nashville Predators’ insurance carrier (without conditions).
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, dust, and loud noise.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.
- Ability to carry, move, bend, kneel and work with arms raised for prolonged periods of time.

- Office Equipment (PC based desktop, Multi-line Phone System, etc.)
