Job Title: Ticket Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of season, group, and individual ticketing, including account and manifest management, ticket invoicing, ticket printing and ticket distribution.
- Assist in managing digital and mobile ticketing .
- Create plans and events in Archtics, including but not limited to seating manifests, building price codes and ticket types, creating holds, and establishing hierarchy.
- Process Season Ticket, Group, Individual, and Exchange orders on a daily basis. All orders must be completed prior to game time.
- Provide support in managing digital order form process for all ticket orders including scanning orders/contracts, saving them to the shared drive, and uploading them to the intranet in order to quickly access an order form when needed.
- Provide support in running credit card and ACH transactions for monthly payment plans.
- Help build other events as needed for Ticket Sales, Community Relations, Ford Ice, Bridgestone Arena, Parking, and any special offers and other marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate executing all Renewal, Extension, and Playoff invoicing through Account manager.
- Coordinate all aspects of the employee comp program including placing holds and creating ticket offers for staff.
- Build ticket discounts and promotions in Archtics and in EMT for single game promotions such as Military discounts, Golden U, and other discounts as needed.
- Assist with ticket plan builds and single game promotions through third party sites (Spinzo, Fevo, etc).
- Implement dynamic pricing through TM1 and Archtics.
- Process refund requests and any other cancellations.
- Provide the league with necessary game statements and other reports as needed.
- Assist with set up for invoices, create ticket templates, and design vouchers.
- Work with graphics on artwork for mobile ticketing and Account Manager as needed.
- Work closely with finance department on reports needed from Box Office.
- Investigate and resolve ticket-related issues.
- Generate other reports as needed.
- Supervise box office on event nights and provide leadership for box office personnel.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Contribute positively to the sales team atmosphere by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.A. degree from an accredited college or university required.
- 1-3 years of experience within Ticket Operations or related field.
- Ticket software experience (Ticketmaster and Archtics).
- Experience with box office finance responsibilities, supervision, ticket window sales, and ticket order processing.
- The selected candidate must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- As a condition of employment, qualified applicants will be subject to a background check, including a criminal history check, driving history and character references.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, possess a suitable driving history and be insurable by Nashville Predators’ insurance carrier (without conditions).
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, dust, and loud noise.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.
- Ability to carry, move, bend, kneel and work with arms raised for prolonged periods of time.
Equipment Used:
- Ticketmaster ticketing system, TM1, Archtics, Painter, Excel, Word
- Office Equipment (PC based desktop, Multi-line Phone System, etc.)
