Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Business Operations Intern to join our front office team. This is an unpaid internship, ideal for students or recent graduates interested in sports business, sales, and organizational operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience supporting sponsorship sales, ticketing, community partnerships, and general business functions that drive the success of the Titans organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sponsorship sales efforts, including prospect research, outreach, and follow-up communication.
- Support ticketing operations by helping manage sales initiatives, fan communication, and group experiences.
- Collaborate with the business staff on creating proposals, presentations, and partnership recaps.
- Participate in office tasks such as organization, record-keeping, and scheduling support.
- Assist in planning and executing community outreach and corporate partnership events.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies, fan engagement, and business operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sports business, sales, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working both in the office and at home games.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.
