Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Game Day Music & Audio Operations Intern to join our game presentation team. This is an unpaid internship, ideal for students or recent graduates interested in live event production, audio engineering, and fan engagement through music and sound. The intern will be responsible for operating music, sound effects, and audio cues during home games to create an exciting and professional atmosphere for fans and players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate music and audio systems during Titans home games and events.
- Select and play appropriate music for pre-game, in-game, and post-game moments.
- Coordinate audio cues with in-game promotions, player introductions, and fan engagement activities.
- Work closely with the announcer, broadcast operations, mascot, and game day staff to ensure seamless presentation.
- Assist with the setup, testing, and troubleshooting of audio equipment before games.
- Contribute creative input on music choices to enhance the overall fan experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in live event production, music, and audio operations.
- Basic knowledge of sound systems and audio equipment preferred.
- Ability to stay focused and organized in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings and weekends.
- Passion for hockey, sports, and live entertainment.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Sports Management, Communications, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
