You are paid for the following duties:   
  • Monthly Inventory (status report with the coaches of what we have in inventory)
  • Sharpen player skates when needed
  • Maintain a clean locker room, through help of the players and coaches
  • Laundry for the players after every practice and game
  • Maintain player equipment and jerseys including sewing any visible tears 
  • Sewing on nameplates to jerseys
  • Ordering of equipment and sticks: you will work directly with the coaching staff to help facilitate these orders
    • anything ordered must be approved by the GM first
  • Bench duties: maintain a clean bench before each game, and be benchside for each contest in case players need anything repaired that is equipment related
  • Road Trips: you are expected to be on every road trip, unless prior arrangement has been made and you cannot be there
    • You are in charge of packing the trunk with required jerseys, socks and equipment. It is your job to make sure tape; supplies; extra equipment is packed (check list will be provided by the coaching staff)
    • you will have your hotel room and meals provided when on the road
  • Communication with visiting teams’ Equipment Manager to discuss logistics of locker room availability and what jerseys we will be wearing
  • Available to help opposing team Equipment Manager get equipment into the specified room when they visit Maryland

  • For Visiting Team:
    • Provide laundry service for the visiting team after each game
    • Make sure they have their requirements met, per our East Division Alignment
      • East Division agreement will be provided
