Equipment/Team Specialist
Full Time – Salaried Position
You will be responsible for managing all equipment-related duties pertaining to the Bismarck Bobcats. Duties include working daily with assistant coach Rauhauser as pertains to the purchasing, ordering, laundry, maintenance and repair of athletic equipment & apparel, as well as managing inventory of athletic equipment, distribution and fitting of equipment and apparel to athletes, assisting with equipment inspection and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Daily practice set up (towels, jerseys, socks, laundry bags, pucks, water bottles, etc.)
- Maintenance Administration of SafeSport Classes
- Pre or Post Practice skate sharpening, equipment repairs, equipment modifications, and sewing as needed
- Pre-practice bench set up: water bottles, coaches board, tape, sticks, tires, other tools etc.
- Post-practice equipment cleaning, and laundry
- All housekeeping duties for the dressing room
- Game day set up: home team dressing room and referees’ room (in accordance with league rules), Visiting Team Agenda Preparation
- In-season and Post-season inventory and purchasing and tracking of all hockey equipment, supplies, etc.
- Maintaining a working budget during the season – recording purchases, player collections for custom sticks.
- Keep and maintain effective and accurate records
- Travel to all game road trips
Compensation
Depends on Experience – Is very competitive compensation
