Our Sales Associates are responsible for creating the ultimate sales experience for our fans. Our number one priority is to provide fans with an outstanding experience each time they enter our arena. We strive to create an environment unlike any other sporting event. We go above and beyond to exceed expectations in customer service, selection of engaging brands, display of merchandise, attention to detail, and creating excitement for the game. RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Create exciting, energetic, positive motivational environment for the fans
• Engage all types of fans in positive conversation
• Provide fun, but professional environment for fans and teammates
• Show expertise when selling products
• Sell multiple items in each transaction
• Excellent accuracy when using POS systems
• Demonstrate ownership in maintaining, re-stocking and cleaning daily sections
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS 
1. FORMAL EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
• Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED
 
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Past experience working in retail or sales a plus 
 
3. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES 
• Outstanding personality and work ethic 
• Honesty and integrity in all actions and language 
• Accuracy in opening and closing procedures 
• Respectful of a diverse team base and fan base
• Must show expertise and pride when selling products
• Must be able to take constructive feedback and make necessary positive changes 
 
4. WORK CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
• Must be willing to work extended hours on game days and during events
• Ability to stand up for 5 hours at a time
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to walk up and down stairs 
• Ability to deal with frequent change
