Suite Concierge (Part-Time) - $17.00 per hour
The Suite Concierge is a premium seating, guest-focused professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service to premium ticket holders. This role serves as a greeter, ticket/pass scanner, and roaming concierge across multiple premium areas, including Gate 5, Suite Level, Club Level, Custom One Club and Express, Bud Light Top Shelf Lounge, and the Family Lounge. The Concierge ensures a seamless and elevated experience for guests by providing personalized assistance, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming presence throughout the venue.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Provide world-class hospitality to all guests visiting Xcel Energy Center.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of scanners, pedestals, iPads, radios, and other operational tools in use during an event.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to conduct all interactions positively and professionally.
- Proactively identify potential service issues and properly resolve them while engaging applicable personnel when needed.
- Anticipate guests' needs while being a resource of all building information.
- Facilitate proper set-up and breakdown of all premium areas while ensuring expectations of premium clients are met.
- Identify opportunities to create memorable experiences that are unique to our premium clients.
- Always maintain the highest emphasis on safety and security, including, but not limited to, all emergency and medical situations.
- Create an inclusive environment for guests of all backgrounds and abilities while maintaining flexibility with how we handle individual guests' norms and routines.
- Demonstrates a willingness to perform job functions in any area as needed, both independently and collaboratively.
- Work with all other building departments to create an outstanding team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Customer service experience preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Able to follow instructions and respond to the supervisor's direction.
- Able to always work with the guests and staff professionally.
Work Conditions:
- This position works irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on events.
- Available to work at Wild games, concerts, and other events. Must be available for half of these events, resulting in 6-8 per month. This may vary depending on evolving business needs.
- Able to walk up and down steps.
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc., for the entirety of the shift.
- Lifting requirements include being able to lift 25 pounds.
- Capable of reading mobile tickets and providing accurate directions to guests.
- This position does not guarantee a set number of hours.
