Partnership Success Coordinator - $43(K) - $49(K) Annually
The Partnership Success Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of corporate deliverables including client service and correspondence, event and game day support and other department duties as assigned. This position plays a key role in growing sales revenues, managing high profile accounts and assuring quality experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Support ongoing account management and client service execution.
- Assists in account management including daily administrative support, presentations and coordination of contract elements.
- Assist in ensuring complete fulfillment of all contract deliverables through regular review, communications, and execution.
- Coordinate with Marketing and all other internal constituents on all contractual obligations and the fulfillment of obligations.
- Attend weekly meetings to review corporate partner fulfillment status, opportunities, new programs, and promotions.
- Maintain detailed records of contract terms, deliverables, and key timelines in CRM system.
- Lead the renewal process for corporate partnerships ensuring seamless transitions and continued value for both parties involved.
- Develop and present renewal proposals, leveraging data, partner feedback and performance metrics to support retention strategies.
- Prepare customized summaries that successfully meet client objectives and ensure renewals for the upcoming season.
- Assist in new business development and upselling opportunities.
- Assist the Corporate Sales team in identifying and prospecting new leads for corporate partnerships.
- Identify upsell and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Experience:
- One to three years of experience in sales and/or related marketing experience working in the sports and entertainment industry or similar field.
- Experience working in the sports and entertainment industry or equivalent a plus.
- Excellent computer experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Experience with Archtics a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop a plus.
